The model of the Apollo command service module and escape tower measures 20.5" tall and sits upon a 7" diameter base imprinted with "North American Aviation Apollo Spacecraft" complete with Apollo and NASA logos. Made from injected-molded plastic and white painted metal by the "Walter J. Hyatt Company, North Hollywood, Display Model Manufacturers." The base CM, SM, and escape tower are all detachable and fit snugly when assembled.
One of the most collectible of contractor models from the era and this example does not disappoint given its beautiful condition.
