Remarkable, Imperial Cabinet Card Photo of Nurses from the 1880's with Three Gowned, Gloved and Masked for Surgery. This historic imperial cabinet card is very likely from the late 1800s and shows uniformed nurses (possibly European) in a professionally shot, group photo. This imperial cabinet card 7.5 x 9.5" caused a bit of a ruckus on another site. This is not blackface. This is pre-WWI hospital care. And it makes for a fantastic piece of medical history. Chipping and staining around the outer cardstock mount, but the actual photo image is excellent. Estimated Value $250 - 500
