Fourteen (14) 19th/20th Century 800 Silver Vodka Cups One Especially Fine with an Outstanding Engraving of Moscow and St. Basil's Cathedral. Fourteen (14) Russian vodka cups. In this auction is a massive collection of Kiddush cups, some likely used for vodka or other libations. But the cups offered in this lot are not as delicate or refined as most Kiddush cups, but instead very stout 84 silver (.875 fineness). Saying "industrial strength" would be humorously accurate. There is a standout in this collection as it has engraved one of the best cityscapes of Moscow in the entire cup collection in the Judaica collection. The engraving of St. Basil's Cathedral in Red Square highlighted in gilt gold wash is stunning in its detail. Cups range from 2 x 1" to 3.5 x 2" with a total weight of 16.65 ozt.
