(1892-1973) Ukrainian born, American artist known for his monochromatic etchings and prints who was frequently lauded for the degree of his precision in his works. Lozowick studied at the Kiev Art School in Russia before moving to the U.S. to attend the National Academy of Design. "Prophesy of Amos / Wailing Wall 2" captures a rather compelling abstract of Jerusalem but still exhibiting Lozowick's eye for lines and architecture. 18 x 14" matted to 23 x 19".
