Outstanding Pair of Russian Kiddush Cups, 84 Zolotnik, Early 20th Century with Elaborately Engraved Scroll Work and Masterful Enamel Work. Russian silver smithing at its finest clearly apparent in this matching pair of trumpet shaped Kiddush cups. Hallmarked 84 Zolotnik (.875 fineness) The foliate designs, scrollwork and trim patterns are exceptional and spectacularly enhanced by the niello (a black mixture, usually of sulphur, copper, silver, and lead) inlay.
