Four Beautiful Examples of Russian Cloissoné 3 Imperial Spoons, 1 Tea Glass Caddy. Russian Cloissoné (French term but Russian enamel work dates far earlier and was/is called Finift) is highly prized by collectors worldwide. The precision, the colors and craftsmanship are signature qualities of the very best.
1.) Single spoon hallmarked 88 (not 84) assayers mark AK over 1879 for Alekandr Krollau, Moscow hallmark, with maker's mark C.C (all stamped inside bowl of spoon). Outstanding intricate detail throughout with gilt gold wash. Exquisite.
2.) Two matching cloisonné demitasse spoons in stunning robin's egg blue enamel with inlaid foliate designs in gilt gold. Hallmarked 88 silver (not 84) St. Petersburg town mark, and maker's mark C.C Hallmarked at neck of spoon just below the twist. In excellent condition.
3.) Post 1958 Russian cloissoné tea caddy (podstakannik), hallmarked with 916 fineness and with Soviet hallmark. Beautiful work, near to mint.
