John Muir: Celebrated Early Naturalist, Botanist and Writer Who Campaigned for the Establishment of National Parks. Excellent vintage original cabinet card photo, ca. 1890. He is considered "The Father of the National Park Service" and who was great friends with Teddy Roosevelt who championed Muir's campaign for parks. Extremely bold signature of the famed author and naturalist. His signed books sell for a princely sum. Framed to 10 x 7" and by all appearances the original frame. Estimated Value $600 - 900
