19th Century Large Copper Coined Beer Stein, Handmade, Riveted and Decorated with Authentic Bronze Coins. Münzhumpen is the name for coined beer steins made in the 1800's. This handmade beauty is large, 7 x 6 x 6" and has thick copper walls, lid and handle. There are bronze coins affixed (slightly contoured to lay flat against the body of the stein. We note coins from England, Sweden, Russia and Thailand two with dates from the 1800s. Great character with the rivets to base and side showing. Excellent antique condition.
