Durond, Victor: Vineland Flint Glass Works, Vineland, N.J. Very Accomplished Rival to Tiffany and Steuben Glass Companies. After Quezal glass had to shutter operations, Victor Durond picked up two of the best designer to work at Vineland Flint Glass Works in Vineland, New Jersey where he made light fixtures. By the middle 1920's the company was rivaling Steuben and Tiffany with their unique color combinations, colored rims and most especially their pulled feather designs. Offered is a perfect example of their work in green (including edge of rim) and intense iridescent gold accents with the vase completely surrounded by iridescent gold threading. 10 x 4.5 x 4.5" with no chips cracks or repairs.
