Charles Schneider, La Verre Francais Coupe Bijou Art Deco Glass on Wrought Iron and Glass Stand with Glass Cherries, 1920's. Rare Charles Schneider Art Deco piece from La Verre Francais/Charder Glass. The glass basin is clear in the center then transitions to orange tones and then red the last 1.25" of the rim. The stem of the base is in striped glass in brownish purple. Accenting the stand are three threaded glass balls evoking cherries still with leaves. This is a prize for collectors of Schneider and Art Deco and rarely appears in auctions. Coupe is 12.5" in diameter and with the stand is 7" tall. There are no issues with the piece, no chips, cracks or repairs.
