Beautiful, Large French Cameo Glass Vase, Using Two Layers of Glass to Create Chrysanthemums and Butterflies, Signed "Art". Extremely well made, large (11.25 x 6 x 6"), green, purple and lavender glass, two layers of cameo glass. The acid etching of the flowers and butterflies have superb detailing with the shape of the vase quite appealing. Likely made around 1900-1910, the work here is quite impressive. It is signed in raise letters "Art" and we cannot find who or what that maker is. No chips, cracks or repairs and again, a beautiful example of French cameo glass.
