Partly-printed DS in Cyrillic, one page, 8.75 x 13.5, November 14, 1905. This decree was issued the same year as the first Russian Revolution. It is also remarkable that documents signed by the Czar survived the Russian Revolution when so much was destroyed.Signature is bold with his usual flourish. Presentation include a translation of the document in the right panel and a fine restrike of a portrait photo of the Czar.
