PMG has graded this 1929 $20 Federal Reserve Bank Note PMG 25 Very Fine and it bears the great repeater serial number L00410041A. PMG notes: "erasure mark" on this holder. Also included is this wonderful $1 1957 Silver Certificate A11111141A PMG 66 Gem Unc. Estimated Value $400 - 800
This cataloger can count on his fingers, the number of times in five decades he's seen a repeater serial number on a Federal Reserve Bank Note show up at auction. This is a scarce note and a wonderful match to the two previous lots.
