Lot closed - Winning bid:$420

Estimate: $800 - $1,600

Description

Description:

Two matched sets of 12 notes with same serial numbers. Choice CU 12 note BEP matched serial number sets, each containing the same serial number on districts A through L: BA00000170A through BL000000170A and BA00000146A through BL00000146A. Estimated Value $800 - 1,600
Both sets come in their original green presentation books with matching green slip covers. These sets' serial numbers start with five zeros making them more desirable than those starting with only four zeros. These sets with five zeros in the serial numbers have appeared for sale and sold on eBay for $600 to $700 per set in the past.
The starting bid of only $400 is way too low.
