1855 C-1 R1. NGC graded MS-66 Red & Brown. Lustrous mint red fading to bluish steel, nearly a third of the mellowed mint color remaining. The only marks are a tiny abrasion in the field close over the tip of the coronet and a thin nick on the rim under star 13. Excellent eye appeal, hence the lofty grade assigned by NGC. MDS with microscopic radial die flowlines covering the fields.
