A legal document settling a land dispute between Matthew Thornton of the one part and Joseph Blanchard and John Hogg of the other. The dispute involves several lots in Thornton, New Hampshire. By this quit claim deed, each party gives up rights to certain lots and cedes them to the other party. Browning, numerous repairs to folds and edges, and some old tape marks. Thornton's signature is especially large and bold. Thornton is rare.
