1804 C-7 R4 Spiked Chin VF25. Glossy chocolate brown blending to lighter steel brown in the obverse fields. The surfaces are smooth and the eye appeal is excellent. The only notable marks are a few very faint hairline scratches from the throat to the hair over the shoulder. Otherwise this piece is close to VF30. M-LDS, Manley state 6.0. The cud break over OF-A touches the O, an extremely rare die state. The "Spiked Chin" is strong. Davy #04.7.5.
Estimated Value $1,500-UP.
