Typed Letter Signed ("Bob") as Attorney General, one page, 9 x 7 inches, November 16, 1964. To Dr. Janet Travell (1901-97) who was White House Physician during the Kennedy and Johnson administrations, "On November 22 at 9:00 AM, Mass will be celebrated at St. Matthews Cathedral, Washington, in memory of President Kennedy. I wanted you to know in case you might like to attend." Dr. Travell was a pioneer in the treatment of myofascial pain and she aided JFK for this and other ailments which threatened to cut short his career in 1955. In gratitude for her help, he named her White House Physician.
