1788 Massachusetts Cent Ryder 11-C Rarity-5 ANACS graded VF20. The "Slim Indian" variety. Mostly glossy light olive brown and chocolate mixed with reddish chocolate in protected areas on the Indian side. The surfaces appear perfectly smooth to the unaided eye, but extremely faint roughness shows in the fields and protected areas under strong magnification. No verdigris, and the only notable mark is a dull, faint diagonal scratch up from the right end of the horizontal line above the date. The bottom of the date is fading into the rim below, but the remainder of the date is clear and the legends are strong.
Estimated Value $150-UP.
