1854 C-1 R1+ MS62. Lustrous bluish steel brown and olive with faded mint red bleeding through in the fields and protected areas on both sides. No spots or stains. The only mark is a thin diagonal nick or pre-striking planchet chip on the jaw. Sharply struck EDS, Manley state 1.0. The repunching left of the base of the 1 is clear. Removed from an NGC slab graded MS62RB (NGC label included).
