1837 N-7/8 R1 Plain Hair Cord NGC graded MS66 Brown. Lustrous very light olive brown with satiny golden light steel toning covering the protected areas on both sides. The surfaces are virtually flawless. The best identifying marks, and they are trivial, are some very slightly darker toning covering the neck and a microscopic tick on the upper left point of star 3. MDS. The die lines of the early state over ERICA (the N-8 die state) are gone but the dentils are complete around both sides.
