1838 N-12 R2 AU50. Frosty steel and chocolate brown. Satiny luster covers the fields and protected areas. The only defect is a shallow planchet lamination void from the A in STATES to the rim above, as struck. E-MDS. The doubling on the left half of the wreath (a doubled die) is clear.
