1844/81 N-2 R2 Overdate 44 over Inverted 18 PCGS graded AU55. Choice glossy medium chocolate brown with lots of frosty luster in the protected areas on both sides. The only defects are some tiny nicks on the portrait, none notable. MDS, die state b. The 44 over Inverted 18 feature is clear. Our grade is EF40+, very close to EF45 with outstanding eye appeal for the grade. The 44 over 81 feature is noted on the PCGS label.
