Chase / Cincinnati," "W.P. Fessenden / Maine," "J.P. Usher / June 8th, 1864," "M. Blair of Maryland / PM Genl," "Edwin M. Stanton / June 7, 1864," "Gideon Welles," and "Edw. Bates / A.G." Also in the album is "Henry Wilson / Mass" who served as Grant's V.P. (1873-75) and died in office, as well as 45 members of Congress from over 20 states. Album is worn; signatures are fine.
