On an ASTP beta cloth crew patch (5.5x5.5") An included COA reads: "This is to certify that this autographed beta cloth belonged to my husband, Deke Slayton, and was flown in 1975 on the Apollo Soyuz mission. It was locked in his safe deposit box along with other flown memorabilia. This beta cloth is genuine in all respects / signed Bobbie Slayton / 2005. The beta cloth is boldly signed and clean. Rare.
