1794 C-9 R2 VG8. A couple points sharper, particularly on the obverse, but there are a few too many contact marks for the higher grade. These include a couple pinprick nicks in the field before the face, a couple dull rim nicks before the mouth plus another above the L in LIBERTY, and a nick on the leaf left of C in CENT. Glossy olive brown and chocolate. The date is strong and the legends are complete. MDS, Manley state 2.0. Weight 98.9 grains.
