1803 C-4 R4 VF20. Upset Reverse. Sharpness near VF30 but there are traces of very fine verdigris dusted into some of the protected areas, strongest at MERIC in AMERICA. Notable marks are a faint diagonal hairline scratch on the portrait and a spot of very fine roughness in the field off the tip of the nose. Glossy chocolate with slightly lighter steel brown toning on the devices. Struck with the reverse upset, oriented head-to-head.
