1806 C-4 R1 Large 6 with Stems EF40. Badly Misaligned Dies. Slightly sharper but lightly cleaned and retoned lustrous light steel brown and olive. The only marks are a pair of very fine hairline scratches through the denominator and a couple slightly stronger ones at the left top of the U in UNITED. MDS, Manley state 2.0. Struck with the dies badly misaligned, the obverse off nearly 10% to K-12.5 while the reverse is off slightly in the opposite direction. The reverse is rotated 135 degrees CW. A neat mint error, especially in such a high grade.
