1807 C-1 R1 G6. Double Struck Off Center. Lightly cleaned and retoned glossy steel brown and chocolate with hints of lighter steel brown remaining from the cleaning. Smooth, only a few trivial marks. E-MDS, Manley state 1.0. Double struck on the obverse with an offset between strikes of less than a half millimeter, clearest around the portrait and in the dentils below. There is no doubling visible on the reverse, but there is an arc of impressed dentils 85% off center at S-OF-A (possibly from an off-center brockage).
