1825 C-1 R3 VF30. Rotated Reverse. Five points sharper but lightly cleaned and beautifully retoned frosty chocolate brown with some lighter brown on the reverse. Has the eye appeal of a piece 10 points better. A small spot of darker toning just right of the second S in STATES is the best identifying mark. LDS, Manley state 3.0, with the reverse rotated 170 degrees CCW.
