1723 Wood's Hibernia Halfpenny Martin 4.91-Gc.24 Rarity-5 VF35. Very attractive choice glossy medium brown and light chocolate. Smooth and virtually flawless offering outstanding eye appeal. And it was struck two times. The first strike was centered on the planchet and the second was 5% off center to K-2. Evidence of the first strike is obvious on both sides. A beautiful and very rare type of mint error on Wood's halfpennies. Listed on page 45 in the "Redbook." Weight 125.9 grains.
