1767-A French Colonies Copper Sou Breen-700 VF30. Attractive glossy medium brown and light chocolate mixed with some slightly darker chocolate tones. The highpoints are a couple shades lighter thanks to a very delicate cleaning. No planchet defects or notable marks, just a few tiny ticks of no consequence. Nicely struck with clear, complete legends. This version, without the "RF" counterstamp, is less available than the counterstamped one. Listed on page 53 in the "Redbook." Weight 213.5 grains.
Estimated Value $125-UP.
