1824 N-3 R2 PCGS graded MS64 Brown, CAC Approved. Highly lustrous light bluish steel and olive. The satiny mint frost is unbroken and the surfaces are nearly flawless. The only mark of any significance at all is a light scrape on the lower half of the upright of the 4 in the date plus a tiny mark extending out to the right of the crossbar. MDS. The inner circle at the dentils tips from star 1 to star 8 is dull but visible, and crumbling shows in the upper notches of both N's in ONE CENT. Called MS65 Choice and tied for CC#1 honors with one other piece in the Noyes census, his photo #35702. Bland says MS63 and CC#2 in his census.
