Obregon in New York about obtaining an autograph of Mr. Borie (Grant's Sec. of the Navy) and suggesting that he contact "General Grant, who resides across the river from you in New Jersey…if you enlist the aid of any of the General's numerous friends in Brooklyn or in New York."
