Partly-printed document signed "Tho Mifflin" as Governor of Pennsylvania, vellum, 15½ x 12½ in. (Philadelphia), Mar. 13, 1794. Granting land in Northampton County to Andrew Douglass. Some age toning to vellum; translucent area down one vertical affects some text. Mifflin's signature is large with slight fading to first two letters. Matted and framed to an overall size of 23 x 29 in.
