1980s-2000s IMB Thinkpads, One Likely Flown. Two thingpads, first is likely flown (velcro pieces) IB Thinkpad 760XD, flight laptop part number SDZ39129262-303 s/n 5005. Original NASA cost was $4265. 760XD laptops were flown on shuttle and ISS. Laptop does not include hard drive, power cord or battery. Second is GFE (Ground Flight Engineering) IBM thinkpad 760XD. GFE laptops were used for engineering purposes including sofrware testing by contractors and others with payload requiring software loaded on laptops. GFE laptops are not configured for flight. Laptop does not include hard drive, power cord, CD/floppy drive or battery. The laptops were purchased as NASA surplus and have been well used.
