Rockwell International Space Division Space Shuttle Model, Scale 1/100. Hand Painted Details Complete with Solid Rocket Boosters. Phenomenal Space Shuttle model, 1/100 scale, complete with Solid Rocket Boosters. From the personal collection of Clark McClelland. Model is in excellent condition save for small areas of discoloration. Model stands 23" tall and 10" at its widest. There is a small plaque affixed to base that reads: "SPACE SHUTTLE Scale 1/100 Space Division Rockwell International". Payload doors open and close. Spectacular display piece.

Also included is a photo of McClelland with Judy Resnik holding the model in a posed photograph. Resnik perished during the 1986 Challenger launch along with five other fellow astronauts and school teacher and payload specialist, Christa McAuliff. Adding to the impressive provenance is a presentation certificate to Clark McClelland announcing his name will be inscribed on the Space Shuttle Monument in the Space Walk of Fame signifying his dedicated work as a part of the team that made the program a success."
