Extremely scarce volume form 1630. Original calf, rebacked, but in need of repair once again. The front board has separated from the balance of the volume. There are four sheets attached to the board's spine which includes the very famous title page and frontispiece portrait engraved by Francis Delaram from a painting by Nicholas Hilliard. Book is paginated and signed as four volumes in one, concluding with an unpaginated table of significant events by year. Had the front board not become detached, this volume would likely have been graded very good. Still very rare and collectible with all pages present.
