Edward "Ted" Kennedy. "Hyannis Port Compound" Inscribed and Signed Serigraph, Artist's Proof (1932-2009) A surprise to a great many Americans, the former Lion of the Senate, Ted Kennedy, was a passionate painter. In 1964 he was the only survivor of a plane crash having broken his back. After having spent six months in Boston hospitals, he took up painting during his extended time of recuperation which later became a passion for him. He gifted his works to friends and even better, charities to raise funds. His painting of the Kennedy compound in "Hyannis Port" was published in an edition of serigraphs with limited editions signed. Numbered Artist's Proof 56/100 and signed in right corner Ted Kennedy but then inscribed "With My Best Wishes, Ted Kennedy 1984" Serigraph is in excellent as examined in frame with no hint of fading or discoloration.
