With an accompanying letter from the Princess' private secretary, sent from Monaco, Sept. 7, 2001, enclosing a sympathetic letter and the photo for Danny, a young man in South Carolina who was suffering, and subsequently died, from a brain tumor. Excellent condition. Caroline is the hereditary princess of Monaco.
