1788 Connecticut Miller 15.1 Double Struck Obverse Brockage G5. Several points sharper but slightly rough, and there is a patch of moderate corrosion on the incuse brockage side. The normal obverse was struck slightly off center to K-1 but the legends remain easily readable. The reverse was struck twice against the obverse of a previously struck example with an offset of about a millimeter between those impressions. Not especially attractive but a neat mint error nonetheless. Weight 98.7 grains. Listed on page 62 in the "Redbook." Estimated Value $200-UP
