Governor of Pennsylvania Thomas Mifflin and James Trimble; Partly Printed and Signed Land Grant dated 1795. Partly-printed vellum DS, signed by the Governor of Pennsylvania "Tho. Mifflin," just under white paper seal one page, 21 x 11", March 19, 1795. As governor, Mifflin grants unto Richard Sderstrom "a certain tract of land called 'Longford.'" Signed in the upper left corner by Mifflin, and countersigned at the conclusion by James Trimble. The white paper seal affixed to the upper left remains mostly intact. In fine condition, with one small area of loss at bottom edge.
