Description Description: 1795 C-6a R2 Without Pole G5. Struck over a 1794 TAL Cent with NEW YORK. Very slightly sharper with a dent on the 5 in the date that created a subtle bulge just right of the second S in STATES. Glossy chocolate brown with smooth surfaces. The 5 in the date was distorted by the dent but the date is still readable and the legends are clear. Struck over a TAL Cent with the N of NEW YORK clearly visible above the E in STATES.
